Step 4: Reserve Now!
Fill up the forms (downloadable below this page) and submit the following requirements:
- Buyer’s Information Sheet
- Investment Proposal Summary
- Two (2) Government Issued IDs
Pay the Reservation Fee, which may vary per residential project. It will be valid for thirty (30) days and deductible to your total contract price.
